What is your TAT or Production time?

Our current production time is 10-15 business days not including holidays and weekends. Shipping time is NOT included in this time frame. Each order is made once purchased so please allow us this time frame to complete your items. 
We do NOT offer expedited orders and each order is processed in the order they are received. 

Can I cancel, modify, or add a code to my order?

At this time we do NOT offer cancellations, modifications, returns or exchanges under any circumstance. The only time we can cancel an order is if we are not within our promised 10-15 business day processing time.

What size do you recommend? 

Please refer to each listing as size charts vary. Most listings will have size charts attached to the photos (usually the last few photos on the listing). 

How to care for your items?

  • MACHINE WASH ON COLD
  • DO NOT USE BLEACH OR FABRIC SOFTNER
  • TUMBLE DRY ON LOW
  • DO NOT IRON

Shipping: All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS

We want you to LOVE your Little Knots purchase. If there is an issue with your order where we send you the wrong product and/or color we will be happy to send out a replacement or a refund depending on availability.
Any claims regarding lost or damaged packages must be filed by customer. Little Knots is under no circumstances responsible for lost or stolen packages once there has been a delivery scan made. We will do our best to resolve your issues to the best of our ability, but will not be able to issue a refund of any kind. 
Opening a claim with USPS is usually best, as it may lead to the location of your lost package, and hopefully can be recovered by you.
